BEFORE you book your ear wax removal appointment, please also ensure you have softened the wax with Earol spray or olive oil, twice per day for 5 days BEFORE you visit.

If you cannot see an available appointment, and your symptoms are urgent please call us. Our clinicians may be able to call you back, or arrange an urgent assessment.

Please note that a second appointment may be necessary if the wax is not sufficiently softened or there is a large build up of wax. A follow up appointment can be arranged with the clinician during your visit. The same charges apply above for a second visit. Please visit our website for Ts & Cs.
